Making a Booking with Hair for Care LTD

When you make a booking with Hair for Care LTD we store the information that you supply such as name, email address, telephone number and address. This information is stored in our private and secure database which is hosted in a private network with no public access and in compliance with GDPR legislation. We share the relevant information such as the name, address, service and time of booking with the expert undertaking your booking. Hair for Care LTD will never share your personal information with any other company without your consent first. We have to collect credit/ debit card information in order to take payment for a booking, but this is stored directly with our payment provider, Stripe. We trust Stripe to look after our customer’s card information. You can read more about Stripe’s security on their website.

Access to your information:

You are entitled to view, amend or delete the information about you that we hold. To do this please email us at info@hair-for-care.co.uk  . By law, we have to do so within one month of your request however we will do this as soon as possible.
